Consolidated Custom Manufacturing (CCM) has the experience, capabilities, contacts and partnerships in place to supply all of your Electronic and Mechanical, design, prototyping and manufacturing needs. CCM was founded, with the intention to provide customer focused, cost effective, quick reaction capabilities (QRC) with design to prototype to production in days
rather than months in commodities ranging from:

• Box Build of Electro/Mechanical Assemblies:

  Includes, Sheet Metal Design, Prototyping, fabrication and finishing. Silk-screening,
  iridite finishing, painting, anodizing, and plating.




• Printed Circuit Board Assemblies:

  Includes design, schematics, Gerber generation, bare board fabrication, surface mount
  and through hole assembly, "pick and place" and manual board population, convection
  and wave soldering, aqueous cleaning and testing. Finishing includes conformal coating
  in various materials, potting, bonding, and staking.




• Injection Molding:

  Design, Prototyping and Production in a variety of materials in accordance with
  customer requests.

CCM also offers the capability to perform quotations, labor estimates, production quantities, producibility analysis, manufacturing engineering, quality assurance, high reliability soldering,
Mil-Spec and commercial workmanship standards, ISO9001:2000 experience, work instructions generation, configuration management, and control. Purchasing capabilities include bill of material generation, sourcing parts, identifying parts, locating hard to find parts, inventory control, material procurement, and management.
